Brown Student Throws Pies at Tom Friedman, Shoots Guns in Spare Time
So remember when Brown student / enraged leftist Margaree Little pied Tom Friedman in the face and some of us thought it was awesome and others were like, no, I love semi-retarded columns about globalization? Well, we finally have a visual on her, people. Let's just say it makes her seem a little less like an adorable hippie and a bit too much like a real revolutionary. To continue the thread-jacking…
First of all, it’s shocking that someone would threaten students with a lawsuit without first determining if she has any legal ground to stand on.
But really, did anyone else notice the fact that she keeps mentioning this “tell all” book she’s writing? I know she said that it’s not connected to the lawsuit in her interview, but please, when else would she mention it in the same email to her students informing them of the lawsuit. It is so obvious that she’s shamelessly trying to stir up controversy to get a book deal.

To the post: the girl transferred from Colby. She’s probably defending against bears, not hunting moderates.
To the more interesting fiasco: “‘I understand that there are such things as bad working environments — a shithole is just a shithole, and that’s not illegal, and I know that,’ she said” is an instant classic. She can accept a shithole as a shithole, but students’ clapping is some sort of intellectual violence. Nice.

As a self-hating liberal with a gun control streak, I don’t find all that much wrong with single load rifles or shot guns. They are fun to shoot a serve a decent purpose.

Wildmonk might be right. She may have never seen a rifle still; she’s holding a shotgun in the picture. Her left hand’s nearly wrapped around the barrel and her stance is more appropriate for a NJ Path train than skeet shooting… not that there’s much difference.
