Madonna Constantine Appeals Termination, Profs. Flee From Faculty Advisory Committee
Hello no, she will not go! At least, not if she has anything to say about it. Madonna Constantine, the Teacher's College professor who found a noose on the door of her office and months later was fired for plagiarism, is fighting back in a deliciously-absurd appeal. The Columbia Spectator reports that Constantine, in a last-ditch effort to hold onto her tenure, has appealed her termination to the Faculty Advisory Committee at Teacher's College:
This latest appeal, announced in a letter addressed to TC president Susan Fuhrman from Giacomo’s office, claimed that Constantine’s termination, when considered on top of previously imposed sanctions, was retaliation against Constantine’s appeal of the first decision. The letter demands a fresh investigation into all charges of plagiarism as well as calls for the removal of Barry Farber, a professor of Psychology and Education at Teachers College, from the FAC due to a conflict of interests.
Um...what? Yesterday, IvyGate contacted Prof. Farber, who declined to comment. Constantine could not be reached for comment. A TC spokesperson also declined to comment. According to the Spec, at least one member of the Faculty Advisory Committee had removed herself before the first appeal. Well, good luck accomplishing the impossible, Constantine. We'll be here, trying to figure out exactly what's going on, and also quietly mocking you as you rise from the dead like a very determined, (plagiarizing) zombie.

Click your heels two times and repeat “Affirmative Action, Affirmative Action, Affirmative Action, Affirmative Action, Affirmative Action….” Repeat until you “GET IT.”

I have a PhD. I’ve seen Black Students who were allowed to turn in “slop.” Whereas, I a White Student, was graded differently and more stringently. This “discrimination” against White Students has gone on long enought. Either Black Students are just as intelliegent and accomplished as White Students…or they are not. Allowing Black Students to perform less stringently than White Students does not help them fit in the real world. Instead we get the idiotic “utopian” world of the Left, who have not a clue what they are doing by allowing, or rather forcing “affirmative action” on society.
Kanje’s mother died after a Black Doctor, who made it all the way through medical school because of Affirmative Action…killed her due to incompetance. Kanje’s mother’s doctor also had some five other “charges” against him by the medical board…however, because he’s Black…he was given a free ride to enventually kill Kanje’s mother.
Because of this reverse discimination against Whites, and the vagaries of “affirmative action,” I will NOT choose any Black doctor, or Black anything, because I have no idea whether or not they got through on substandard criteria…and could as a result hurt or damage me and the one’s I love.
Up until I woke up to the realities of affirmative action, I was never, ever prejudiced, nor did I make any decisions based on “race.” But, I do now.

I like the capitalization of “Black” and “White.”
…It’s cute.

Judy,
How do you know it was because of their race? Many Ivy League schools have problems with grade inflation, and most of their populations are white, yet you do not seem to draw any connection with whiteness and undeservingly high grades. I think you’re way too quick with the resentment against the perceived (and mythical, IMHO) advantage of the black man in today’s “morally-decaying-liberal-society-that-should-remodel-itself-after-the-glorious-50s”. Your personal anecdote is quite worthless, and I could offer up just as many worthless personal stories of how white students BS’ed their way through classes while I, a minority student, got a lesser grade than they did.
As for that black doctor, many white doctors make mistakes too, and I’m willing to bet many Asian and Indian doctors make mistakes too.

Yes, Judy, I’m sure you were graded more stringently because you were “White,” and not because your spelling and grammar are atrocious.
What did you get your doctorate’s in? I’m sure you and the “one’s [you] love” are very proud of you.
