It's been real.

Good job guys. Actually a nice deal of stories I hadn’t heard about.
Comments have been a bit slow, but I attribute that to almost two months of vacation and the general lameness of stories in the spring.

Agreed, I enjoyed the posts. It even outweighed the dearth of comments which was almost certainly a function of new user registrations/summer. Nice job.

Thanks for the editing guys! Great group of stories. I think the comments are going to be a problem for a while though unless some changes are made…the lack of anon. commenting is annoying for a lot of people and is going to cut down on the hallmark snark of the site. The other problem is that the passwords aren’t user generated on wordpress. Which means if I wanted to comment from a computer other than my laptop, I have to goto my e-mail and dig for a rather complicated alphanumericsymbolic password. (I consulted with a friend of mine who used to comment on here and he stopped doing it for this reason…he used to comment from the library at Columbia).
Just some thoughts! Thanks for killing the boredom guys.

Or you could just change your password like I did to something easy to remember. abc123. Easy as pie. Don’t steal my password now, or I’ll cut you.

We’re currently looking for a WordPress plugin that will block all comments about whether Barnard is an Ivy League school. As soon as that’s up and running, it’ll be free comments for everyone!
