isPermaLink="false">http://www.ivygateblog.com/?p=1305#comment-16604

From this very website: "IvyGate is a news and gossip blog that covers the Ivy League."

This is neither news nor gossip--except in the loosest possible sense--nor does it have any but the most peripheral relationship to the Ivy League. It is a dull and poorly written personal account of little or no interest to anyone aside from the author. (I count 3 logical/continuity errors in the first paragraph alone.)

I imagine it is more difficult to find relevant topics to post on during the summer. Nonetheless, that fails to justify subjecting the (quickly dwindling) readership of this blog to the reeking refuse these two guest editors have been spewing forth.

The last two guest editors proved that it is possible to write interesting and appropriate posts during the summer. That knowledge, sadly, makes posts like this all the more excruciating.

From this very website: “IvyGate is a news and gossip blog that covers the Ivy League.”<br

Set up a personal blog if you want to exercise your creative writing and write long, winding posts where you wax philosophical and sentimental on the same clichés we've all heard before.

Seconded.
