I’ll agree that just because someone is rich does not make him or her a rich douchebag. but being rich AND being a douchebag makes one a rich douchebag. such is the case here.

Honestly, I agree with JH. Just because someone has money doesn’t mean that they are “rich douchebags”. Making an olympic rowing team isn’t easy – no matter how much money one has. You can’t make it on money only, and not even dedication which I will admit having money makes easier, they have to be GOOD. Rowing is an hard sport which A. not everyone can be good at and B. takes an incredible amount of focus, and mental as well as physical toughness. They have reached the highest level, so good for them and their hard work.

As for the whole facebook thing, whether or not what Zuckerberg did was illegal, obviously something happened that would make the twins think that they are entitled to some of the facebook ‘pot’. However, that will be for the courts to decide. If nothing illegal was done then the twins loose out, sucks for them but that’s what happens. Lawsuits like this happen ALL the time young people just don’t know about them because it usually doesn’t involve our piers or websites we use everyday. Again, them fighting for a piece of it doesn’t make them douchebags though possibly dreamers.

And what about them makes them “rich douchebags”? The fact that despite their fortunate upbringing, they’ve chosen to tirelessly dedicate themselves to a sport? That they’ve succeeded? I’ve known these guys nearly their entire lives, and they couldn’t be nicer or more humble.
