Jealous of the D are we, James?

  2. y10 Says:

a little less Dartmouth, please. It’s getting in the way of the interesting links.

  3. D Says:

@y10–looks like someone wrote an oped that Ivygate didnt feature…

  4. dartmouth Says:

James–the Mirror is a weekly insert. When you see something featured several times in that insert, it is often referred to as the ‘theme’ of the insert. Crazy, no?

  5. Disclosure! Says:

Who does James Yu belong to? Facebook tells me Dartmouth, Cornell and Princeton all have at least one.

  6. Maureen O'Connor Says:

@Disclosure: None of the above. James goes to Penn.

  7. James Yu Says:

I’m aware that the Eye is a weekly insert. But regardless of whether drinking is the theme of the issue or not, I think it still tells you something about the culture of the school.

FYI: I love Dartmouth. Come on, I go to Penn… having to deal with shootings, sketchy security guards, even sketchier professors, a panty-stealing wharton student, and the douchebag alumnus John Page does a lot to make me love my school.

At the very least I share the haterade around as fairly as I can.

    James

  8. D Says:

What’s “the Eye”? Is that some Penn thing? This blogging sure is complicated…

  9. James Yu Says:

Whoops, I meant the Mirror. I was getting confused with one of the student publications at Columbia.

  10. d-alum Says:

You guys missed the best part of the D today - the open letter to Todd Zywicki. It’s a full page advertisement in the print edition.

  11. d alum #2 Says:

What does it say, for those of us who don’t have the print edition?

  12. @D Says:

are you kidding? I wouldn’t even consider writing for one of the rubbish publications on Yale’s campus.
